Built a dynamic checkout and course access system for etemari.net that allows students to first select their grade level, then browse available subjects and courses, and finally choose a subscription duration such as 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. The system supports multiple payment options including Chapa, SantimPay, PayPal, Bank of Abyssinia, and CBE, making it accessible for both local and international users. For bank payments, students can submit their TT or FT receipt number for verification, after which access can be approved and activated. This project was designed to make enrollment simple, flexible, and suitable for the Ethiopian market while still supporting global payment access.

Developed a student sponsorship application system for etemari.net where learners who need financial support can submit their information through a structured online form. The goal of the system is to identify students who require sponsorship and prepare their profiles for matching with donors. This feature helps reduce financial barriers to learning and creates a clear process for connecting underserved students with educational opportunities. The application workflow was designed to be easy to complete, organized for review, and scalable as the platform grows.

Designed and implemented a donor-facing sponsorship portal that allows sponsors to browse and support students who have applied for financial assistance. Donors can filter applicants by school, region, city, sub-city, sex, or the number of students they want to sponsor, making it easier to find the right sponsorship match. Once a donor selects students, they can complete sponsorship through a secure payment workflow, allowing supported students to gain access to their courses. This project helped turn sponsorship into a structured digital process rather than a manual one, making student support faster, clearer, and more scalable.

Managed and customized a multi-tenant Moodle platform used by multiple high schools, where each school operates within its own separate tenant environment. Each tenant can have its own branding, domain, and independent site management while still being maintained under a centralized administration model. This setup allows schools to preserve their own identity and manage their own learning environment without requiring completely separate Moodle installations. My work included platform administration, tenant setup, customization, and support for a scalable school-based e-learning structure.

Built a custom Moodle course format designed to make course navigation more intuitive and student-friendly. The format helps learners clearly understand where they are in the course by showing both unit progress and lesson progress, improving their sense of direction and completion. The goal was to create a learning interface that is simpler, cleaner, and more supportive than a default course structure. This project focused on usability, learner engagement, and better course organization so students can move through content with greater clarity and confidence.

Worked on instructional design for digital courses by organizing content in ways that make learning easier to follow, more engaging, and better aligned with educational goals. This included structuring lessons in a logical sequence, improving learner flow from one topic to the next, presenting content more clearly, and designing course experiences that help students stay oriented and motivated. Rather than only focusing on technical setup, this work focused on how learners actually experience the course, including clarity, pacing, navigation, and progress. The result is a more effective and student-friendly online learning environment.

Contributed to the development of digital learning content on Moodle LMS as part of the Green ICT Solutions team. This work involved preparing, organizing, and adapting learning materials for online delivery so they could be presented in a clear, accessible, and engaging format. It included helping transform subject content into structured digital lessons suitable for Moodle-based learning environments. The focus was not only on uploading material, but also on improving its organization, readability, and usability so learners could interact with course content more effectively in an online setting.

Handled dedicated server management, administration, and maintenance for hosted web platforms and learning systems on InMotion Hosting. This included overseeing server environments, supporting hosting configurations, maintaining performance and uptime, and ensuring that the platform infrastructure remained stable and reliable. The work also involved routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and general operational support needed to keep web services running smoothly. This project reflects my experience beyond front-end development, showing strong involvement in infrastructure and platform reliability.

Developed a VAS and SMS integration with Ethio telecom to make platform access simpler and more affordable for students. Users can text A to 9429 for daily access at 10 birr or B to 9429 for weekly access at 50 birr. After subscribing, they receive a link and PIN that allows them to access the platform instantly. The daily package also includes 75MB of data, while the weekly plan includes 500MB, helping reduce internet access barriers for learners. This project was especially important for accessibility, because it allowed students to join the platform without needing a bank card or standard online payment method, making learning more reachable through mobile telecom services.

Designed and developed a corporate website for Tenadam, a company that imports medicines and medical equipment. The website was built to present the business professionally, communicate its services clearly, and establish a strong digital presence. The project focused on creating a clean and trustworthy interface suitable for the healthcare and medical supply sector, while also making information easy to access for visitors. This work highlights my ability to build business-facing websites outside the education sector while maintaining strong visual structure and usability.
